How to Apply Polish Strips
Start with Clean, Dry Nails
Our nail strips work best when there's nothing between the adhesive and your nail surface. Use an alcohol wipe or soap and water.
** If you have oily nail beds, I highly recommend a base coat for the strips to better adhere to. Orly Bonder is my recommended go to.
Choose the right sized strip
This may be one of the few times in life where bigger is not better. Choose the strip that best fits your nail or is a little smaller. Strips will not adhere well to cuticles, skin, or small animals.
Peel Plastic Layer and Remove Backing
First, remove the clear plastic layer off the top of the nail strip. Then, peel the nail strip off the backing. Don't do this in reverse, results will not be optimal.
Place Strip on Nail
Align the wrap close against your cuticle. Press down along the wrap toward the tip of your nail. Then, press down in the center out toward the sides. Think if it as a less complicated, lower stakes version of putting a clear cover on your iPhone.
File off the Excess
File in a downward motion. This will break off the excess, which you can then just pull off. If you have edges, continue to file down.
**Apply a Top Coat
While these wraps are amazing, they are not super human. If you're generally very rough on your nails, you may want to consider a top coat to protect the longevity of your wraps. I recommend:

*** Some top coats, especially quick dry coats, can cause shrinkage/whitening/damage to polish strips. Test top coat on a small section first.
